[trafficsafety] No Helmet, No Consent

The decision to wear a helmet is a personal choice. I wear one because of my personal experience working with traumatic brain injury survivors.

The Portland Tribune article, "Some studies bypass consent" should be
another consideration for those choosing not to wear a helmet.
