RE: [trafficsafety] First, what is the problem ... then we can find a solution
Brian,
Remove me from the list.
It is biased and one sided and not open to any criticism.

Please note, everybody, that if posts to wander into bickering and
pissing matches rather than discussing how to reduce dangerous driving
behavior, then the list will be made a moderated list (every post must
be approved).
This list is a working group. That implies work. For the 100+ people
on the list, there has been very little real-world action (basically,
one very successful event and a little research), but I have got plenty
of ideas about things we can do and so have several others on the list.
Unfortunately, several of the list's most frequent posters usually are
writing to nitpick somebody else's message. I feel if the criticism
isn't extremely important (the one about applying careless-driving laws
to all victims was very useful), that kind of discussion is just going
to slow us down and cause the more action-oriented people to leave the
list as many have already.
I'll write later with a WHOLE BUNCH of things I think are worth working
towards, and I hope other people will make their own suggestions if they
haven't already.
